Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply to Arya at aryalabs.co, built by Arya Labs and operated by Sercan Çidem in London, United Kingdom. By using Arya you agree to them. Questions: sercan@aryalabs.co.

Beta service

Arya is in public beta and is currently free. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We'll give notice on this site before any paid plans start; nothing is charged during the beta.

Your music

You keep all rights to the audio you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive your audio. Only use audio you have the right to use.

AI suggestions

The AI engineer's suggestions and notes are generated automatically and may be wrong. Always listen to the result and use your own judgement before releasing a master.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, overload the AI engineer with automated requests, or use Arya for anything unlawful.

Liability

Arya is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Arya, mastering in your browser for home studios.
Your audio never leaves your device. The AI engineer runs on Claude and only sees measurements.
